PROGRAMS AND SERVICES PRICES:

All prices are listed in American dollars and
include all taxes for non-residents in Peru
tourists.

All air fares are subject to changes and
availability, which must be confirmed the date of
making the reservation
RESERVATION AND DEPOSITS:
-
The system must only process reserves received at
least 2 days before the date of beginning of the
tourist services.
-
To confirm your reserves, we must have received the
payment for services or the guarantee deposit.
-
All payments or deposits must be made trough our
online system.
-
Your credit card must be charged alter the
availability of all the services required have been
confirmed.
-
Online Transaction Service Fee: A non-refundable fee
of up to US $ 7.50 per transaction is charged for
each reserve that pays us a standard fee or
commission.
TOUR PACKAGES / TOUR RESERVATION:
-
All requirement of tourist package or tour which are
confirmed, have all services guaranteed.
-
The confirmation of your reserve, must be sent by
e-mail with the reservation code of each tourist
program required.
-
The confirmation will only proceed after we receive
your on-line reserve or a guarantee deposit.
-
The guarantee deposit is a payment in advance of US
$ 100.00, which is not refundable if the reserve is
cancelled.
-
The total payment of the packages / tours must be
made 60 days prior of the beginning date of the
travel program.
Penalties:
-
There will be no refund for portions of tour /
packages that haven't been used due to passenger
decision, once the tour / package is going on.

Every cancellation made by passenger before 60 days
prior the beginning date of the tour, must be
subject to a penalty of US $ 100 of the
non-refundable deposit plus US $ 25 of
administrative expenses.

Every cancellation made by passenger, within 59 and
30 days prior the beginning date of tour, must be
subject to a penalty of 50% of the program price
plus US $ 25 of administrative expenses.
-
Every cancellation made by passenger, within 29 days
prior the beginning date of the tour must be subject
to a penalty of 75% of the program price plus US $
25.00 of administrative expenses.
DOCUMENTS:

The passengers must carry with themselves a passport
or travel document depending on their nationality,
it is legal rule in Peru.
URGENT CANCELLATIONS

BAGGAGE:
-
Baggage transportation is limited to 33 lb (15 Kg)
per passenger.
-
The owners have the responsibility of their baggage,
unless the baggage has an own insurance.
-
Small objects as video or photo cameras, binoculars,
bags, umbrellas, etc are responsibility of their
owners, and is recommendable to get an insurance.
-
Is recommendable to carry all the baggage well
closed and with personal identification.
LIABILITY:
-
Liability for services not provided, due to
negligence of Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge and or its
employees is limited to the real cost of the omitted
services and excludes all resulting indirect costs
and consequences.

In the event of the above, Pacaya Samiria Amazon
Lodge will make its best effort to provide
alternative arrangements at the same cost, subject
to availability.
EXECUTION OF REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PACKAGES, TOUR,
ACCOMMODATION OR TICKETS

If Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge fails to fulfill its
obligation for services, hotels, meals and or
transportation as indicated in the travel program, a
reimbursement will be provided within 30 days of the
client submitting a claim or write out authorization
from any of our local or foreign agents.

No claims will be considered if made later than 60
days after termination of the tour.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS
-
Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge is responsible for
providing all the services and accommodations
exactly as advertised on the web site.
-
In case of natural disasters, severe weather or any
other acts of nature, Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge is
not responsible for the services not provided.

If for any reason the transportation chosen by the
passenger (bus, flight, train, etc) don't arrive to
destiny at the date and hour programmed for take
tour or program reserved, Pacaya Samiria Amazon
Lodge deny all responsibility for not bringing the
tour or package services; these services will not be
reprogrammed. Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge will bring
the services only from the portion considered after
the arrival of passengers. The portion of the
program lost for this reason is not refundable.

Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge, is not responsible for
loss, damage or injury related to services or
accommodations provided by the railroads, bus
companies, tour companies, tour employees, boat
companies, airlines and or hotels. All of the above
are subject to local laws of the country where the
services are provided.

Pacaya Samiria Amazon Lodge reserves the right to
alter the program of any package / tour.
CHECK LIST
Climate: The climate in the Reserve is tropical, warm and humid with
minimum temperatures of 72º F (22º C) and maximum temperatures that can reach up
to 88º F (28º C), except for the month of June in which the temperature can drop
abruptly due to the action of the cold fronts that come from the Argentinean
Patagonia. Generally, dawns and nights in the jungle tend to be fresh. It can
rain on any day of the year, being showers more frequent between the months of
February and May.
Vaccinations: It is recommended to be vaccinated against yellow fever;
however it is not mandatory.
What to bring?
- Light clothing preferably cotton.
- Long-sleeve shirts, preferably of neutral colors.
- Sweatshirts.
- Swimsuit.
- Hiking boots.
- Raincoat.
- Cap or hat.
- Sunglasses.

- Flashlight.
- Sunscreen lotion.
- Mosquito repellent with 35% DEET.
- Personal medicines.
- We recommend to bring one piece of luggage and to limit its weight to 15
kg (32 pounds).
